Introduction: Stimulate mentally.

As stay-at-home moms, we can get consumed with being around kids all day, planning kids-related activities, and playdates, doing homework with kids, doing school drop-offs and pickups and forget that we also need to do activities that stimulates and challenges our mind for our own sanity and general health.
